Villa Rosa dei Venti is set in a wonderful environment, surrounded by the lush and unspoilt nature of the Zingaro Nature Reserve whose panoramas, cliffs and little bays are famous all over Sicily. A few minutes far lies the beautiful Scopello, a Medieval hamlet gathered around an Arab "baglio" (courtyard): here, you'll find markets, shops, bars and restaurants serving the typical food of the area: cous cous and "pani cunzato" bread, delicious evidences of the multi-cultural character of this land.
Castellammare del Golfo is just 6 kilometers away: the town is rich in history and culture, and all services are available here - banks, restaurants, shops and a little port where we can rent a boat or plan a tour of the Western coast for you.
The airports of Trapani Birgi and of Palermo Punta Raisi are quite near as well: 40 and 45 kilometers away.

Dear Sandra and Alfredo,
We had the most wonderful time !! Nothing less.
You can be 100% sure that if we decide to go back to Sicily for a vacation - and that is very likely! - then we know who to get in touch with :-)
As I'm writing this I can't remember anything that wasn't to our satisfaction. If so they were minor things.
