The ideal place for perfect holidays – Villa Brezza Marina is about 1km from the sea in the province of Scopello only few km from the natural reserve of the Zingaro, an extremely beautiful natural park with crystal waters and Mediterranean vegetation which make this place very fascinating. Villa Margherita is the ideal place for perfect holidays in the nature and on the sea, surrounded anyway by all comforts. The villa is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation with carob and palm trees. It also has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a barbecue corner.
A beautiful view – the inside has a living area with wonderful view on the Faraglioni. This area has a well refined living room with double size sofa-bed, large windows, a kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower and another bathroom. Plasma TV, dvd. HI FI and wine cellar with wines from the local production. Villa Margherita has 2 rooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, both well furnished with comfortable wardrobes. Villa Brezza Marina is equipped with a complete security system and offers the guests 24-hour assistance.

The Medieval little and charming village of Scopello, with its beautiful transparent sea and its huge "Faraglioni" rocks, is just a few minutes far from Villa Gabbiano; here you'll find bars, shops and restaurants, as well as an ancient "tonnara" that houses a picturesque seafaring museum. If you are looking for more services, such as banks, supermarkets and more, you'll just have to reach Castellammare del Golfo (6 km far). On request, we will be happy to arrange boat trips around the Zingaro Nature Reserve: you'll discover enchanting bays, caves and a sapphire blue sea with a rich seabed, and other idyllic corner that cannot be reached from the land.
