A historic rural estate (total of 5 apartments) with a swimming pool. It is located only 2,5 km from the sea and the golden beaches of Punta Secca away. Built in the 18th Century iurgiulinaru” stone, the typical honey-colored rock that was mined locally. The property has been recently renovated.
