A large and bright living room can be found on the first floor, as well as five bedrooms (two of which have double beds, three of which have single beds) and five bathrooms. The living room features satellite TV, a dining area and access to the outdoor terrace. The modern kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher and an oven. All the bedrooms face the terrace and offer a view over the pool and the surrounding landscapes of this enchanting region of Sicily.
The second floor contains a living room and an elevated bedroom, ideal for children or adolescents. In addition, the villa offers a storage closet with a washing machine and a sink. The Val di Noto is a World Cultural Heritage site, a shooting location for film productions which has maintained ancient traditions such as the dry-stone walls and Mediterranean vegetation typical for the region. Architectural highlights such as Cava Ispica, Castelluccio, Pantalica, Eloro, Camarina, the Church of Saint Niccoló in Modica or the Villa Romana del Tellaro are all within reach. In 1693 many towns in the Val di Noto were destroyed during a great earthquake. Afterwards, architects and artists rebuilt eight of these towns in a Baroque style. Modica, Noto, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla are all Baroque highlights in this region that can‘t be missed when on holiday in Sicily. The beaches on the southeast coast are nearly annually awarded the Bandiera Blu, the Blue Flag, a prize for exceptional water quality and clean beaches.Infrastructure -Swimming (Sandy beaches of Marina di Ragusa) - 5 miles away -Restaurants and shopping (Marina di Ragusa) – 6 miles away
