A vacation villa directly on the sandy beaches of Sicily

The Villa Sul Mare is a beach villa in Sicily and is ideal for those who wish to spend their vacation in Sicily in a house directly on the beach. The newly-built villa can be found on a quiet part of the beach, around 2.5 miles from the fishing village Donnalucata. The view of the sea from the large and partly-shaded terrace (323 sq ft) is breath-taking. The outdoor area, further in front, is 538 sq ft and is furnished with chairs, pillows, and parasols. Such direct access to the beach is unique. This beach villa in Sicily was affectionately painted in bright colors and expanded with home accessories similar to a fisherman’s house. Large windows and two family/dining rooms create a bright living atmosphere. In addition to the two family/dining rooms, the Villa Sul Mare also contains a very well-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms (three with a shower). Air conditioning (with warm and cold air), WIFI, a dishwasher, and two washing machines are just some of the many comforts that the Villa Sul Mare offers.

The Province of Ragusa is a fascinating area that is waiting to be discovered by vacationers. Sicilian hospitality, a purely-natural cuisine, an abundance of history, and mile-long beaches along clear seawater can all be found here. Southeastern Sicily invites its guests to relax, enjoy the culinary specialties, and discover a history that goes back millennia. The amount of baroque inheritance in this province is unique in Europe. Even if you cannot travel in the summer, the blossoming of spring or an "extended summer" as a refuge from a gray fall make Southeastern Sicily a beloved vacation destination. 2.5 miles away, you can reach the picturesque fishing village of Donnalucata, with its harbors, exquisite seafood restaurants directly on the beach, and culinary festivals spread out throughout the year. The Ragusan countryside entices with knotted and centuries-old olive and carob trees.
