Villa Mennula

rightly considered one of the most beautiful Baroque cities in Sicily!

A modern vacation villa in Noto for your vacation in Sicily
The Villa Mennula is a newly-built vacation house with pool in Noto, quietly nestled amongst the natural landscapes, surrounded by 5000 m2 of private property filled with typical Sicilian vegetation such as lemon, almond, and olive trees. The Villa Mennula can be found in a beautiful location; it’s the ideal place for a quiet, restful vacation in Sicily. However, it is still centrally-located, just a few minutes away by car from the Baroque city of Noto and its surrounding beaches, such as Calamosche and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. In addition to the modern furnishings, the villa contains a bright living atmosphere, thanks to its large panoramic windows. This vacation villa is built entirely on the ground floor, and both the bedrooms and the large living room have access to the exterior area. On the covered terrace, furnished with a dining area, an outdoor grill, and a beautiful lounge corner, you can leave all your cares behind, with view of the surrounding landscapes as well as the swimming pool. To the east, you can see the sea, and to the west, you can see the Baroque city of Noto. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen make this vacation house ideal accommodation in Sicily, with enough space for up to 6-8 people. The swimming pool can be lit at night, and combined with the lights of Noto in the distance it creates a magical, unforgettable atmosphere!
For two families or a group of friends, we recommend booking this villa together with the Villa Papeda, found within walking distance.

Rightly so, Noto has been named the most beautiful Baroque city in Sicily, and it welcomes its visitors with famous, honey-yellow Baroque buildings, part of what makes Noto a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city has preserved its unique charm, and its hinterlands – the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the cave graves of Pantalica, the impressive panorama of the Hyblaean Mountains – offer a rich variety of history, fauna, and flora, making this one of the most interesting regions in Sicily. It is also worth visiting the southern tip of the eastern coast, with its former tuna factories and kilometer-long sandy beaches. Lovers of fine chocolate will feel at home in Modica, another jewel of Baroque Sicily.
