The elegant Sicily villa Paradiso perfectly fits within the characteristic charme of the Noto valley, where it is located: Noto, as well as the other beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Sites nearby (such as Ragusa, Scicli and Modica), is an enchanting example of the stunning Baroque architecture and art that reached its peak during the Eighteenth and Nineteenth centuries in Sicily. The seashore also provides idyllic sceneries: the Vendicari Nature Reserve with its white sandy beaches, the picturesque sea resort of Marzamemi, and down until the southernmost point of the island - Portopalo di Capopassero. Eloro, a beautiful beach with transparent sea water, is just 2 kilometers away, and the marvelous city of Syracuse, ancient Greek colony with an incredible history and an archaeological park that is nowadays the most visited site in Sicily, is just 30 kilometers far: do not forget to take a walk through the city centre, the little island of Ortigia, with its beautiful Baroque buildings... and try the typical mulberry granita!

Family Wittek July 2024 Wir haben schon mehrere Urlaube auf Sizilien verbracht. Die Villa Paradiso di Noto ist definitiv eines der schönsten Häuser, in dem wir bisher unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und das große Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und die Räume ausgesprochen groß. Ein echtes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, dessen Größe dazu einlädt, auch mal echte Bahnen zu schwimmen. Bei zehn Liegen rund um den Pool findet zudem jeder Gast einen eigenen Lieblingsplatz. Großartig ist die Arbeit von Riccardo, der regelmäßig am Morgen vorbeischaut und den Pool überprüft und reinigt. Auch die Lage des Häuses ist eigentlich perfekt. Vom Flughafen Catania benötigt man zum Haus nur etwa eine knappe Stunde. Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb von 15 Minuten verschiedene wunderschöne Strände und auch die sehr schöne Stadt Noto ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Syrakus, Pozallo, Modica oder Marzamemi sind in 20 bis 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen und definitiv lohnende Ausflugsziele mit tollen Restaurants. Auch das Angebot an verschiedenen Supermärkten, die ebenfalls in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind, macht die regelmäßigen Einkäufe sehr einfach. Auch wenn Sizilien wieder toll war, überlegen wir, doch mal wieder nach Apulien zu fahren. The Villa Paradiso di Noto is definitely one of the most beautiful houses in which we have spent our holidays so far. The lovingly furnished house and the large grounds are very well maintained and the rooms are very spacious. A real highlight is of course the pool, the size of which invites you to swim some real laps. With ten loungers around the pool, every guest will find their own favourite spot. The work of Riccardo, who regularly drops by in the morning to check and clean the pool. The location of the house is also perfect. It only takes about an hour from Catania airport to the house. about an hour. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach various beautiful beaches and the very pretty town of Noto is only 10 minutes away. Syracuse, Pozzallo, Modica or Marzamemi can be easily reached in 20 to 30 minutes and are definitely worthwhile destinations with great restaurants. The range of different supermarkets, which can also be reached in 10 to 15 minutes, makes regular shopping very easy. Once again, many thanks for the wonderful support with our holiday planning and best wishes. We are already looking forward to where we will be travelling to next year. Even though Sicily was great again, we are considering travelling to Apulia again. We'll have a look and get in touch with you in a good time. Wir verbrachten eine traumhafte Woche in Alfredos Haus. Es eignete sich perfekt für uns sechs Personen. Dank den grossen hellen Räumen, der schönen Einrichtung und Ausstattung fühlten wir uns direkt wie zuhause. Auch der Aussenbereich ist wunderschön, man kann viele Stunden auf der Terasse verbringen mit Blick aufs Meer oder an dem eigenen Pool der zum Haus gehört. Dieser wird jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, weshalb das Wasser immer sauber war. Bei Fragen oder Problemen konnten wir uns an Giovanna wenden. Der Kontakt mit ihr verlief super und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir können Alfredo als Gastgeber und sein Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ulrike May 2018

Wunderschönes Haus auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf das Meer inmitten von Olivenbäumen - sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet - sehr freundlicher Empfang - sehr gute Ausstattung, man findet alles, was man braucht - geheizt wird mit der Klimaanlage, was im Februar etwas unpassend ist. Es wird nicht richtig warm im Haus, aber das schöne Wetter und der Ausblick rettet die Situation. - wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

This property is beautiful and turned out really well. Some rooms are actually larger than they look in the photos. The pool area is great, very clean, very well kept. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, la maison correspondait tout à fait à la description, le site est exceptionnel, à l'extérieur de Noto, Alfredo avait prévu 2 bouteilles de vin , des fruits et tous les produits nécessaires à l'entretien. Lors du séjour, à chaque demande de notre part, par SMS à Alfredo, nous avons obtenu une réponse dans les 5 minutes. Alfredo nous avait envoyé, à l'avance, une sélection de sites à visiter et de restaurants qu'il recommande (et tous ceux que nous avons testés étaient parfaits) L'accès vers Noto est simple, avec les commerces à proximité Guy August 2016

If your looking for a place where you can relax an chill but also want to be near everything, this is the place! By car you can go anywhere for what's beautiful. Lido di Noto (beach) is 5 min drive. The house is also very clean and has everything you need to live in, including the little details as a wash-machine, ironing set and hair blower. It's also child friendly (baby bed, child seat)! The house is way better than the pictures. There's sun whole day around the house and you can dine at almost every side of the house. We really enjoyed staying here. We can recommend this place to everybody! Also the communication with Alfredo is very good. If you have questions, you get quick answers. Noto is a beautiful place to stay. Zanoah April 2017
